Can't believe this is how I look now. Legit pecs and round delts seemed so far away just a few years ago.

I guess final check-in before I deflate a bit: My winter blast is over, last injection was a few days ago. I can see some improvements but yet again my overall weight remains a bit stubborn. So I'll try and spend the time cruising on nailing down better routines for getting more food in and optimizing my rest days. And then hopefully it's time to blow up for real.

When I looked at this I couldn't believe that's me. Felt fucking big after push day.

Pumps are still feeling solid on this cruise so far. But the urge to just pump myself full of hormones immediately is strong.

I've been doing my shrugs.
