Aww, thanks. If you want, like, my thoughts thoughts you can send an ask and I’ll write a whole post about it. It usually takes me a couple weeks to write those, but I do like talking about characters lol
Some headcanons:
- Red and Blue are legends in Pallet Town. They’ll just blow into town occasionally with their massive overpowered pokemon and hang out for a while before leaving on some mysterious quest from the professor
- They’re kept busy bc Kanto is almost destroyed every few years and then then they spend the next few years rebuilding and then it happens all over again
- Blue and Green can both do long division in their heads. She’s slightly faster at it though
- She’s actually the smartest dexholder, but she’s good at hiding it. Her intelligence is how she survived her childhood
- Yellow is just a normal citizen of Viridian, but occasionally she’ll say something like “the trees are happy today” and everyone’s like sure okay
- There is so much mischief that Yellow could do with her telekinesis but she’s too lawful good to do it
- Mostly she just gets people’s kites out of trees
- The damage on Red’s joints from Lorelei’s ice shackles never fully heals and he’s like “haha I’m in chronic pain but it’s fine”
- Green is very straight edge now, but occasionally she’s say something that’s just a little bit fucked up, like “oh I know a guy for that” and they’re like Green wtf
- Red’s gym leader title is “The Heart of Kanto.” Red and Blue are the joint gym leaders of Viridian
- Red can use the fact that he’s slightly stronger than Blue as a trump card in any discussion. They’re arguing about something and Red’s like “at least I won the tournament”
- As adults Red is just a tiny bit slutty. Not a lot, but just enough to surprise people who don’t know him well. Blue on the other hand is a massive prude. Sex? In the friend group? Not on his watch
- Red puts a “live laugh love” sign up in his house. No one can tell if it’s ironic or not
- People usually aren’t very close to their parents since it’s common to view the people you’re close to as family with no bearing on blood relation, but Green is super close to her parents because they want to reclaim the time they lost. They also basically adopt Silver against his will
- Red and Yellow’s pikachu have more eggs, and those are the pokemon that Professor Oak gives out to new trainers. They’re probably super overpowered due to epigenetics
- Red, Blue, and Green basically the cool kids of Kanto
