Rachel doesn’t go to the same school as the rats she goes to a private school so she meet the rats after school sometimes since she, Tommy, and Dil has yeshiva (hebrew school) on weekends
Since Dil and Timmy share the same voice Crocker and Finbarr gets them confused so they accidentally kidnap Dil instead of Timmy even though Finbarr said that don't look like Timmy but crocker is like you may think that not Turner but he's just using his FAIRY GOD PARENTS for a disguise and let the actual Timmy go in Rugrats universe then brings Dil to Vlad and he's like excellent I kidnap one of Daniel little friends and he removes the hood to see some redheaded kid.

I just wanted to clarify that no Didi, Tommy and Dil isn't Black if anyone thought that they are Romani. They get it from Minka who is fully Romani so Didi is only part Romani

Just thinking about Phil and Dil bonding over that they don't want to be abandoned by their sibling because nobody else would tolerate them sure they have friends and parents that care but that pales in comparison to the connection with their sibling
