By commissioning me, you agree to:
Use the commissioned art for personal use only (not for your own profit)
NOT use the commissioned art as an NFT
NOT use the commissioned art in anything relating to AI (art, chatbots, music, writing, etc) NOT claim the commissioned art as your own erase, signatures, or trace over the commissioned art (credit is appreciated if you post the art on social media)
Important to note I will request 50% of the payment be made upfront, and then the other 50% after I send the initial sketches. I will not give refunds after each payment is made (unless I cannot complete the drawing for whatever reason) so PLEASE make sure you are able to pay
Once I am done with the initial sketch, I will send it to you and you will be allowed to request three major changes or redraws before I move onto rendering the drawing. After I send you the finished drawing, I may be able to incorporate minor changes, but major changes will require extra payment
Drawings usually take 1-3 weeks (I will tell you if it will take longer) Please tell me if you need it finished by a certain date and I'll see if I can manage it
For payment, I use venmo or cashapp
I reserve the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable

MY GOOBER <3<3<3<3 This is my character for me and my friends' smp (epithet smp) Fun facts:
They cast spells using paint/ink colors, and they do so by flicking their colored tails at their target
Their hat is attached to their head. They cant take it off!
Their in-game origin is Witch of Ink but they're more of a wizard
Their paws are like stamps so they leave ink paw prints when they walk around
They hate places with little color and get anxious when they have to be in them for long
They don't like the feeling of being smaller than others, both physically and otherwise
