regardless, I will look into them. and yes it is often preferrable to choose your own sources but at least this way you are looking into medias you would not have otherwise :) and I definitely recommend getting around to reading j&h, we had been very misinformed about its actual contents for a while but reading it now I find myself enjoying the story 1984 wasn't actually a part of our assigned reading (though I believe it was supposed to be and things were just complicated with the years schedule.) and with the invisible man, I'm not exactly sure, it was something recommended by a friend who likes gothic horror, so I would assume it's in that genre.
