hi this isn’t a request but can u show me how to make moodboards on tumblr? i know how to make them on pixlr e, but i just joined so i have no idea what to do lol

hii here's some information that might be helpful:

usually moodboards consist of 6 or 9 images

since you said you know how to make them on pixlr e, i think it's pretty much the same idea, the only difference is that you upload all 6 or 9 images on here using the "photo" button when you make a new post.

if there's something else you're confused on, just message me :)

what do you search up for background images?

usually i go to pinterest and search up " [ color(s) ] aesthetic", then when i find an image that i want to use, usually i scroll down a little bit to find ones of the same aesthetic/color :)

i actually noticed i hit 400 maybe around a week ago but was too lazy to make a post :')

i just want to say thank you to everyone who's supported me since i've joined tumblr, i know 400 isn't a lot compared to other people lol but i'm really happy that so many people like my moodboards, and i'm super grateful ㅤ♡

and even though i'm not tagging, i just want to acknowledge the blogs i'm inspired by, because that's how i got into making moodboards :)

any tips for making mbs? i really love ur mbs btww <3 keep up the good work !!

ty love <3 + here are some tips !

make sure the aesthetics/themes of each picture you put in the moodboard either have similar color palettes or are related in some way

make sure when you're putting the mb together, it looks balanced ( it's a little hard to explain lol )

usually i use pinterest to find the images for my mbs, that can be helpful !

dividers and locs help add a kind of "vibe" to your mb ( @.v6que and @.plutism are some of my favorite divider makers , you can just search up "cute/pretty/etc locs" in the search bar and some will pop up )

hii i just use pinterest for icons !!

this is the link to my pinterest, if you click on the "following" button you can find lots of people who post kpop icons !!

here's what i look for when finding icons:

a color I think would look good in a moodboard

an icon that already gives me an idea of what i want the moodboard to look like

in general you can just choose whatever icon you think is cute and try to work with it !

how do you get the small words on your posts?

hii just highlight the text you want to be small and a bunch of options should come up ( see picture below ). the option you want to click is "<s>" which makes the text small ( see picture below ). hope this was helpful !
