Britain’s Got Talent champ George Sampson is back in Emmerdale next week - and that’s never good news for Robron.
The actor and dancer is reprising his role as troublesome Ryan, who previously accepted a bribe from Robert Sugden to make false sex abuse allegations against Aaron’s father Gordon Livesy.
Next week’s episodes see that big mistake come back to haunt Robert (Ryan Hawley), just when he should be looking forward to a very happy future with Aaron.
When Charity Dingle catches Robron getting steamy in the shower together at The Woolpack, Aaron gets embarrassed and suggests to Robert that they should consider getting their own place.
Unfortunately, this major discussion for the pair’s future is interrupted when the police arrive to warn Robert that they now have new CCTV evidence which seems to prove that he bribed Ryan.
The images show Robert withdrawing a lot of cash on the day that Ryan claims he was bribed, and although he tries his best to cover, it’s clear that the schemer is rattled this time.
Thrown completely off course by what’s happened, Robert doesn’t react brilliantly when Aaron next suggests getting their own place - leaving Aaron gutted with Robert’s admission that he’ll need to think about it.
Later, just when Robert is about to call Aaron and make amends, he’s thrown by another unexpected visit from Ryan.
Trying yet another tactic to get money, Ryan threatens to tell the police that Robert assaulted him unless he gives him some cash.
When Robert shoves Ryan against the wall with an evil glare in his eye, will Ryan regret crossing him?
Aaron and Robert take to the pub for their first date, appearing publicly as a couple for the first time.

Aaron finds Robert in the Scrapyard portacabin, hunched over his desk and staring blankly at the paperwork in front of him. His eyes are red-rimmed and watery, mouth set in a grim straight line, and he doesn’t miss the half-empty bottle of whiskey and small glass sitting close by. He looks utterly miserable but there’s a storm building inside Aaron’s chest that leaves no room for pity or forgiveness, not right now. Not ever if the man in front of him is indeed guilty of the suspicions clouding his head. He desperately hopes it isn’t true.
Robert hears Aaron enter but says nothing, doesn’t look up or move. Instead he casts his eyes over the same piece of paper he’s been looking at for over an hour, still not taking in any of it. The hurt and confusion that began as a numbness in his head has spread like wildfire to his heart and every breath is pain. It’s a mess, the whole damn thing. His actions, done out of fierce protectiveness, have landed him in yet more trouble and caused Aaron further grief. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
Clearing his throat, Aaron takes a few steps forward and then stops. “Did you do it?” He asks bluntly, and he hadn’t planned on asking so directly but the words shoot from his mouth before he can stop them.
