Celia: Would you still love me if I was a worm?
Evelyn: Of course! You’re the only thing on this planet worth wormshipping.

reading the seven husbands of evelyn hugo and holy shittttt
I just randomly decided to check out #the seven husbands of evelyn hugo tag cuz it's been a while since I read the book and I hadn't checked what Tumblr thought of it (and was looking for more fanart) and I was disappointed tbf with the amount of gayl0rs in the tag. She literally told us to not speculate about her sexuality and yet there are so many who claim to love her yet still go against her wishes.
After this, yes I also thought the seven marriages could be related to a lot of her discography but let's just leave the relatability to the songs and not start to mix the fictional protagonist with the real woman.
I just completed reading Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo and can I just day that it abso-lutely wrecked me. It was so wonderful and unapologetic and truthful and genuine and I'm obsessed.
totally forgot I did this,, evelyncelia and taylor swift lyrics is something that can actually be so personal,,
LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK!
Of courese Celia loved Evelyn but while reading I felt like she doesn't fully accept Evelyn's bisexuality. Celia herself said that she couldn't stand a thought of Evelyn with a man. Sometimes it was like she resent Evelyn for being married to a man before their relationship wich in my opinion is kinda toxic.
Also in some of their arguments she acted quite possesive (does it even make sense?) - she wanted Evelyn just for herself and ...
*small spoiler alert*
Didn't approve even acting romantic scenes with a man
( I'm not saying that in this case Evelyn is "innocent", she should have told Celia but still Celia overreacted imo)
Anywas I loved the book so don't get me wrong, I'm not hating on this book
Harry Cameron was the only person that truly loved Evelyn Hugo for who she was without objectifying her. I said what I said.
I think once people know the truth they will be much more interested in my wife.
Evelyn Hugo.
I mean... She wanted to take their money and/or use them/their fame for her own good so ... It's not completely wrong 🤣
My sister thought Evelyn Hugo is a horror where evelyn kills all her husband's to take their money and honestly that's what Don Adler deserved

reading the seven husbands of evelyn hugo by taylor jenkins reid left me in a reading slump for the entire month of june.
Hi everybody!
Sorry I haven't posted anything in a long time, I just didn't have any good books to share with you.
Two days ago I finished "The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo" written by Taylor Jenkins Reid. It's a very popular book and it does not surprise me; the main character is interesting and the plot twist at the end made me scream.
Currently, I'm reading "Solitaire" by Alice Oseman. I'm sure a lot of you know her as the author of "Heartstopper". "Solitaire" is about Charlie's older sister, Tori. I'm on page 130, but I can already recommend you this book. It's addictive.
PS: Could you recommend me a serial on Disney +? Something good, but also not very long.
See you next Wednesday!
the fact that evelyn hugo is gonna be adapted into a film, and not a 7-8 episode series with each episode being dedicated to a husband is just further proof that netflix doesn’t care about me
cant wait for the seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo tv show to come out so everyone can edit it to every Taylor Swift song that's ever been created
