Or, you know, all three.

Can we talk about how in addition to being a healer, Lana Beniko is so often depicted as being a completely badass, scary-strong Sith who could probably wipe the floor with most other Force users?  Lana is shown as being strong enough to:   - Keep Vitiate out of her mind for extended periods of time on Ziost, to the point where Vitiate finally gave up trying to possess her. - Be legitimately suspected of directly killing a Dark Council member (Arkous).    - Use both Inquisitor and Warrior abilities (she has Force Storm during Revan’s fight and casts lightning, but is also seen being extremely proficient with a single lightsaber, to the point of killing four possessed attackers at once on Ziost). 

  - Withstand a trip to Nathema, where the ‘void’ was said to drive many Force users mad   - Force choke someone to death via holo, a la Darth Vader   - With one or two other Force users (depending on the Outlander’s status), raise an extremely large ship   - Throw several Force sensitives against a wall with one motion of her hands, and then defeat them   - Rip huge pieces of machinery out of a ceiling with the power of her mind to launch at Arcann   - Withstand an attack from Vaylin without dying instantly   - Keep Senya - another Force sensitive who was strong enough to best Vaylin in combat at least once - at a stalemate   - Fly a small shuttle directly through a space battle with the Eternal Fleet without getting hit even once, due to her defensive piloting skills (including taking the shuttle into a full spin)
