NO SHIT SHERLOCK that second part is a direct quote also I work at a newspaper so this normally wouldnt be that surprising except we got merged with another company and our previous parent company GAVE the paper to New Parent with a multi year grant to ensure the newsroom would stay staffed that was not even 18 months ago they laid off a bunch of reporters and a bunch of support (sales IT etc) staff anyway I thought I had worked through my emotions yesterday but it turns out no
