(The fan deleted prologue of Episode 4) Gen goes for the surgery, Yuichi started to slap someone's butt for the first time: Chizu.

At the hospital, Usagi and his friends entered the hospital for Gen's surgery.

"So, this... is the hospital. I thought it was normal," said Chizu. "I have a weird feeling of this kind of hospital..." said Usagi. "Same here. Oooh, friendship candy," said Kitsune. "So, Chizu... Are you with someone else?" asked Usagi. "What do you mean?" asked Chizu, confused. "Like, are you single or not single?" said Usagi. "Been single for a long time. It's a long story," said Chizu. A smirking Usagi slaps Chizu's butt before getting away, making her blush in shock.

"Did you see what he just did?" whispered Chizu, talking to Kitsune.

"What did Usagi do?" whispered Kitsune. "He hit me in the butt," said Chizu, rubbing her butt.

"Yes, he did." said Chizu.

"That means he likes you." said Kitsune, teasing Chizu.

"No, he doesn't." said Chizu.

"I can see that you're blushing when he hit you in the butt." said Kitsune.

"I'm not blushing." said Chizu.

"I could see the redness in your face." said Kitsune.

"It's like I never got smacked in the butt until he did that." said Chizu.

"I can tell you like him too." said Kitsune, teasing and laughing.
