They also critic the current mechanics of cogs and work with the Techbots to improve any major flaws. As a sister department of the Techbots, they have a quirk like them. While the Techbots are swift cogs that move before toons, Planbots tend to be harder to get a chuckle out of.(takes less damage/higher defense) Their boss, the Chief Innovation Officer(CINO or Ceeno) has the most thinking power(literally, their brain is a light blub) of all cogs, they know how to analyze cogs and knows exactly what to do to make them stronger I went for a generic cartoon robot(almost like the Gearloose Robot) look for them.
