I videoed me walking through a terrifying tunnel last night If you turn up brightness you can see the walls of the tunnel but I thought the audio was interesting (Yes, that is me using a flashlight)

When I get stuck with my music sitting at the keyboard, I upload the freshly recorded track to my mobile, put on the headphones, and go for a walk - and this always helps. Somehow, I still cannot achieve the same kind of music-focused meditation at home.
