the nature of a good story is that there is going to be problematic things happening because otherwise there isn’t a story to tell there will ALWAYS be something people don’t agree with because that’s the point! something bad is happening or people are being terrible or the main character is problematic/making terrible choices and must deal with the consequences of their actions for character growth to happen there must something first to fix and separating who we are from the media we consume is actually pretty critical because we are supposed to learn from media or even just be entertained! because that is also the point! it’s all for funsies what we’re NOT supposed to do is let the media we consume define us fandom tag <prev tags
