Judging from the plot spoiler on Weibo, Fujiwara Michinaga found out that the world was rebuilt and the gods of Takamagahara fell and all of Seimei's other memories went to him as well. This was made possible by Nekogawa being able to read all of his guests' memories through water. Cat guy sold all the information to Fujiwara clan. Well, that's an unexpected twist. Also, apparently this guy shares the same seiyuu with Tamamonomae

Michinaga is also known to be the head of the main family of the Fujiwara clan. I don't know how accurate this information is, but he became the head not too long ago(?).
