Gaining Help - Tumblr Posts
Anyone here got advice for gaining quicker?? .w.
I’ve got a slow average of 3lbs a month, and I’m at about 238lbs right now, but want some more advice for gaining more. I’m hoping for an average of 5lbs per month, so whenever I start working out at my local gym, that amount per month is hopefully contribute well enough to both fat and muscle :P
I don’t know if it’s the foods I’m eating, or maybe I’m just not eating enough? Cuz there are times when I have barely any gains compared to last month, which makes me assume I have a high metabolism. Really need help, because I doubt my doctor will allow me to gain till I’m… I dunno, 500lbs? Lol. Cuz they’re the type that wants you to keep the weight off. I heard that maybe getting a low blood sugar would help, but I’m not sure .w.
Btw guys, this is what my usual daily routine of food usually is. I try to have something different for dinner each day, but here’s the usual:
Breakfast:
Chex cinnamon 60g: 248
Oatmeal 50g: 184
Milk 1 1/3: 166
Fc: 50
3 eggs+tbsp cream: 240+30:270
Total: 910
Lunch:
Lays salt and vinegar: 270 (50g)
Ariba chips: 250 (50g)
PB and J: PB/JAM/Bread:
180+25+170
Meat sub Sakku style: sub/ham/genoa/capacolo/butter:
240+50+40+17.5+140: 487.5
Milk (1 cup): 130
Fruit cup: 50
Ariba, PBJ, milk, FC: 805
Ariba, sub, milk, FC: 917.5
Dinner:
Egg fried rice + chicken Sakku style:
4 eggs+1tbps cream: 320+30: 350
180 grams rice(uncooked): 665
125 grams chicken: 137.5
Mix: 6tbsp honey garlic, 2tbsp Kikkoman, 3tbsp VH soy (11 total)
480+30+48: 558
Total: 1,710.5
Totals: 3,425.5-3,538 calories💀
Recommended: 2,000 to 3,200 calories per day (low to high metabolism)
