“shaken not stirred” is such pretentious dipshit, you’re not suppose to shake gin, that causes bruising (aka bittering and the dissipation of the top notes of flavor), on top of diluting and clouding the drink. a shaken martini is a subpar drink order. yes shaking a cocktail shaker is fancy pansy & theatrical & it makes a asmr noise but don’t get pretentious about what is essentially glorified adult maracas

also all gin tastes like pine scented air freshener to begin with
