So irl stuffs come up thats actually effecting my work and productivity and I want to make a little psa bout it becuase clearly someone needed to yell at younger me about this.

Please, for the love of all that is good, take care of your body. Especially if you're an artist for the love of god do stretches before during and after working I'm begging you. Get up and take breaks. Take it easy and don't over work yourself. I'm going to pull a chain mail and say that If You Don't Follow These Instructions you WILL have bad luck. 7 years in the dungeon, dare I say. Seriously years of poor habits have finally come back to haunt me and I'm now suck wearing a wrist brace and going to physical therapy.
