Sometimes I think about Hunter's scar/his ear and wonder what happened. Healing magic exists so why does he have a scar. Viny says "now I'm scarred emotionally" after healing herself so healing magic doesn't leave scars. My personal theory is of he fails or didn't do something well enough he's not allowed to get his injuries healed. It's Belos so it wouldn't surprise me. I think this would go for the other golden guards as well.

One day when Darius was younger he walked into his mentor's house/wherever he lived and saw him rapping some injuries and asked why he didn't just get them healed. The golden guard (has the fandom given him a nickname yet?) didn't want to say the real reason so he just said it was to much of a hassle and didn't want to waste anyone's time. Darius tried to tell him it would be no issue and that's what healers we're there but in the end he didn't press that matter. Hunter later gives the same response when he's asked. Darius still thinks about that sometimes.
