A guy who suffers from violent intrusive thoughts. Thing is, whenever he has one, he’s compelled to say it out loud, i.e., “Wouldn’t it be funny if you ripped your dick off?” If someone hears him announcing his thought, they are compelled to follow this action. He isn’t particularly thrilled about it, and the Foundation has taped his mouth shut, only allowing him to take it off during meals.
