new lore idea: kharian forged with brass are different than those forged with iron. Brass kharian are more flexible and allowed to shift more under their metal. They're used for complex jobs like piloting and communications. Because of this though, they are restricted to very specific areas

Kimmet What's something people wouldn’t expect looking at him? He presents himself as very charming, suave, and as a failsafe for people who don’t like him, annoying. He is really conniving though, and has a vicious streak for people he doesn’t like. He tries very hard to keep that part of him hidden…it’s a nasty surprise for later! 😬
What's your oc's pain tolerance like? A lot higher than you might think. Kimmet has a couple of chronic conditions , including one that causes pain. He's fairly good at hiding it though unless its bad. Or...if he wants you to feel bad for him (attention whore). If you were to rough him up though, he'd probably have a bad time. He's fairly sheltered (compared to other ocs) and not used to having to withstand pointed physical violence.
Jharode How does he behave when enraged? It takes a reaaaallly long time for him to get angry. You can irritate jharode and make him grumpier, but true anger takes awhile. But once he gets there, it's scary. He loses his restraint very quickly. It also makes his form become more unstable.
What's a way he's changed since you first came up with him? His personality is completely different! To the point where I've tried to bring his old one back as a different character several times, but every time I do they wander off to do their own thing lmao (see Kimmet). Jared was loud, spontaneous, "eccentric", prone to smack-talk and arrogance. Jharode is quiet, blunt, and emotionally distant. Still stubborn and arrogant though, just…quietly, lol. I'm going to reincarnate him properly eventually
Nisha How easily can she be convinced to do something against her moral compass? She will do anything to protect her brother. This is actually a big plot point! Haha, oh noo. Otherwise though, it probably takes threatening her life. If she didn’t have to take care of her brother, she would be way less willing to budge. She would be able to "afford" to have one, as she'd probably put it.
What is her fatal flaw? Is she aware of it? Probably the fact that she acts too fast. She tends to go with the first thing that comes to mind and tries to make it work. This is usually very bad. Mouth first, brain later. She has to be at least a little aware, but not enough to stop it from constantly ruining her life. What is her fatal flaw and is she aware? Another one of her flaws is her stubbornness. A lot of my ocs have this trait, but hers I feel like is the most antagonistic. She becomes really defensive really fast.
If you met her, would you get along? Probably noooot lmaoo
How does she want to be seen by other characters? She struggles with respect and being liked. Often the two feel contradictory to her. She has to be stronger than she feels always, or someone will take advantage of her. But she really wants friends, and she wants people to like her. She's just…really bad at being likable…rip
What is an alternate path she might have gone down? How different would her life be? She may have become an anti-Faceless Inquisition extremist if she would have helped her father from getting caught. It would have meant her family stayed together, instead of her and her brother trying to scrape together a living on the streets. She would have had a full education as a doctor/surgeon. She may have even infiltrated the Inquisition as a Kharian forger with her father eventually. It also would have meant a lot of people dying.

He's supposed to have died about it already. The inquisition doesnt pay attention to his city until the plot shines a floodlight on it, so he's survived by making himself useful. He's a black market job broker, and a very well regarded one. He likes shiny things and a little violence as a treat
