Just a list of reminders:
You're good enough.
By comparing your life, talents, or experiences to someone else's, you're only hurting yourself.
As you level up and finally actually legit know your worth and that you deserve only but the best, don't be surprised if people start showing their true colors. Whether those colors be harmonious or nasty, just be wary of who truly has your back.
Healing requires feeling. As nasty as the healing journey may feel to you, with not-so favorable emotions or experiences rising up or your mind going back to old habits, just remember to not force your healing. Allow it to happen naturally. Yes, you can aid the healing with practices such as meditation, mindfulness, gratitude, journaling, etc. Therapy is also vital! To heal any wounds, it almost always guarantees that you have to feel the unsavory shit in order to recognize: "What's triggers this response from me?" "What habits do I need to break?" "How can I replace bad habits with good ones that benefit my growth?" Sit and have a conversation with your emotions. They are there to guide you, not imprison you.
You're not alone. As hard as that may be to believe and sit with, you're not alone. With whatever.
You are what you eat. This doesn't just apply to food consumption. Other forms of consumption include: the media you entertain, the TV shows you watch [cooking shows, reality drama, wholesome shows], etc. Be mindful of what or who you surround yourself with. Does it promote healthy mindsets? Negativity? Toxic positivity? Toxic masculinity/femininity? Paint a [beautiful/ugly/bland] picture of the planet we live on?
Eat some fruit today.
Did you drink water yet?
Only you can control the boat that is your life. Don't let no one else steer the wheel for you! However, don't confuse this with shutting out everyone or any advice or help they wanna offer. Of course, you're allowed to turn it down if it doesn't sit well with you or serve your highest good.
Your loved ones are watching you.
