If you're into kenommy, you've probably watched those videos on youtube explaining why Tommy never called Ken back, right?

I mean I did😅 And when I checked out the comms, it was a total bummer!

There are so many people out there truly believing that Tommy just ditched Ken for being a liability. Yeaah, okay, Rosenberg could really fck up Tommy's deals and stuff, given in the end he was high more often than not.

But! What gets me is -

Some people are convinced that Ken has ~always~ been a liability for Tommy! And that got me so worked up I ended up writing this!

(a lot of 'ifs' below)

Alright so, only Tommy and Ken made it out alive at the beginning of Vice City part.

But what if it was just Tommy?

Just think about it! The guy's been away for 15 years. Sonny's his only contact and he's unlikely to stumble on any old ones, if there were any at all, to begin with.

So how's Tommy gonna find the trace of those fckers who stole the money? A rhetrorical question, really. Ken provided invaluable contacts Tommy simply could not do without.

Besides, even if Tommy somehow found a way to a party similar to the one he visited thanks to Rosenberg, he would simply make a fool out of himself! I mean if it wasn't for Rosie, it would have never occurred to him to dress up for a good first impression. The high and mighty would just take him for, well, a yokel and therefore wouldn't take him seriously. Hence, no deals, no contacts.

And last but not least - who did money laundering? Ken!

Ken has been nothing but loyal. If not for him, the legendary Tommy Vercetty wouldn't exist!

Ken Rosenberg, a man of many talents

"My wall, my beautiful wall..."

What if Tommy gave Ken cart blanche when it came to the colour of the walls in that new house?

I mean, poor timing of bringing up the issue aside, it didn't really sound like Tommy actually cared, but Ken - Ken got so excited about changing the design. Until Tommy interrupted him, that is.

Just can't help but wonder. What if we got Ken Rosenberg doing his first interior project design thanks to Tommy's permission? What if we got a calmer and more peaceful Ken Rosenberg, what with all the (generally) soothing effect of doing something creative?

What if we got Ken Rosenberg willingly rejecting a position of Tommy's right hand man (still serving as his lawyer, though, ofc) and signing up for a design school instead?

What if we got Ken Rosenberg who got so emotionally involved in interior design that he actually stopped doing drugs just because he'd rather spend extra time and efforts on studying, checking on design guidelines, etc., which requires clear mind? Like, he would still be all fussy, but in a positive and productive way, out of eagerness for creating rather than out of helplessness and anxiety?

Tbh, I'm enthralled by this non-existent and much happier Ken Rosenberg
