I have never stopped playing, analogue or digital. Playing takes me away from the daily grind... for a brief pleasure of forgetting.
To say that shooting games cause violence is to acknowledge and deny the true causes and origins of violence.
I've been killing in the digital world on digital battlefields for years, and I don't even own a real gun in the real world.
All my heroes have to die in order to be resurrected.

It's just a game, and it's never been more than that when I was young or when I was older, nothing more or less, and yet everything in the moment of playing.
