The carnivore and herbivore situation in beastars doesn't make sense, let me explain. S3x and hunting are the same thrill for predators which is the show's whole plot. However herbivores reaction to their society is lacking and relayed in many ways. They don't have a flight or fight response expect Tem and the guy with horns (who was in the storage room with legoshi )

So what I'm trying to figure out is how and why do interspecies relationships exist and how do herbivores logic affect why they choose their predator partner . Because it seems healthy romance isn't a thing for opposite species couples.
