Arkham patient uniform is based on the Telltale games version (though, with the Arkham series games Asylum insignia if that makes sense). Inmates would wear an orange jumpsuit uniform (which also has an insignia) instead while transfers from Blackgate keep their usual black and white striped uniforms (which have only their prison numbers)

Janus' hair be like that cause of stress + ghost half leaking through. I like to think he can think even after he heals, Janus' is able to just... Let's say, if his limbs were to ever be... Disconnected from his body, he can control those limbs and have em float and stuff, even though he can regrow them. Like, he can technically do it now while he's in his healing stage atm but like, he can't regrow them and it's painful. (Not to mention, he'd have to re-stitch those limbs and that ain't an easy thing)
