I always written that like if Mammon subjects himself to too much “nice” things or sweet, soft sentiments– Then it makes him physically sick. He’s used to being downright mean and awful (at least since he’s fallen), so anything deemed soft is stuff he won’t tolerate. If he subjects himself to too much of it, he’ll eventually throw up this weird black ink-like substance. Considering how he was before as Charity, he was used to doing things even when sometimes he didn’t want to, how he would force himself to smile even when he wanted to break down and cry on the inside so all that sort of just manifested to him not being able to tolerate such sentiments anymore in the current day.

Of course, if he allows himself to get used to it and opens up himself to it in a slow and gradual way, then he’s liable to not get as sick but perhaps uncomfortable. That isn’t to say he doesn’t like this stuff really, but he’d rather avoid it if he can. This is also why he has a hard time speaking about his thoughts when it comes to feelings, why it’s hard for him to say he cares or even loves someone (other than the fact that sometimes he doesn’t but we know there’s a few he actually really does).

Just thinking about how Mammon’s body is riddled with scars. Most of them are from brawls, fights that he’d get into with some of the other Sins and fighting angels/exorcists and sometimes just from stupid shit he’d get himself into but there are some from self harm. The deepest ones he has are on his back though from where his wings were ripped out. Those ache the most sometimes

SOOOO- I’m sitting here, wondering what sort of noises Mammon can make and I think I’ve came across a few samples! Now, I write him as sort of bug-like, so it’d make sense he’d be able to make bug-like noises… Yeeeeeeeeeah??

KATYDID FAKING MATING CALLS ; Which further stems my idea that YES, Mammon can mimics noises and voices much like both Fizzes can do. In fact, when he changes forms to his imp one or even other people (which yes he CAN do), he can perfectly mimic their voice as well as speech pattern (even if he dies a little inside when they have grammarly incorrect sentence structures you heathens).

Essentially he can chitter, chirp, click, rumble and other noises which most of the time they only stem from him in ANGER or he’s actively having sex with someone, but there are RARE moment when he makes such noises when he’s happy or content.

So like… I just wanna ramble about Mammon since I did earlier with a friend when I was talking about him and Ozzie. So the way I write Mammon is that compared to the other Sins, he’s just a Prince. Not a King. He also doesn’t have a proper Signa (at least in proper Demonology I’m not going off based off the show) so because of that, he can’t go to the surface like the other Sins can. He’s still a Prince and should be respected either way. Like I haven’t got heavily into it but he’s more powerful than he lets on and because of so, he had to have a sort of binding or ‘collar’ put on him by Lucifer himself because of how powerful he was/is. Not as powerful as Lucifer of course mind you but because he has no proper signa, I feel that makes his powers and influence highly unstable and once you become subjectable to Greed– It is hard to break. Greed (in my eyes) is a lot more powerful than others think it is. The fact he can even influence others and not be able to go up to the surface says a lot. 

If anyone remembers the black dots around his neck, those in a sense are markings indicating the binding and or is his ‘collar’. The other Sins can’t see said collar but Lucifer and probably Lilith can. If Mammon tries to attempt pushing past his power limits (which would be pushing past the limits beyond his true demon forms and such) then the other Sin’s could perhaps get a glimpse of it but they can’t touch it like Lucifer can or if they do, they’ll get shocked or hurt. When Mammon pushes past said limits, it physically hurts him.

I'm gonna be random and say that Mammon doesn't have your stereotypical genitalia. Most of his is tucked away inside a slit and his testicles are inside as well. The only thing that comes out when he's aroused enough is his dick which has glowing parts here and there on it, mostly on the underside of it. His cum is golden. Too much ingestion of it can have a numbing effect.

I was thinking more about Mammon’s gun or his preferred weapon of choice. Lucifer (mine anyways) was very adept at a Sniper Rifle or sniping in general as he was an excellent marksmen. He was about as close or a tad bit more better than Michael. Mammon however is fond of the Assault Rifle. He was more of a brute, liking to use his size and height to his advantage, even prior to falling. He’s fond of this type of gun for numerous reasons. His has changed since falling and looks vaguely like these:

You know… On the way home I sorta thinking that the one thing that didn’t change with Mammon (besides his hair and whatnot) was his curiosity. He was curious about a lot of things as angel which got him into trouble and reprehended but it didn’t stifle his curiosity any. If anything once he fell, it sort of got warped into becoming an necessity more than anything. It’s why he has to know everything, why he needs to know things and why he’s become so good at finding loopholes in contracts and vice-versa because he got fucked over before and he doesn’t want to make a repeat of it again.

It would also explain some other things like once he fell, he was curious to now know what his limitations were in Hell because up in Heaven, they had freedom but it was limited. Whereas in Hell they don’t (not a bad as it was in Heaven anyways) and since he was the only one that didn’t have a proper sigil but was still managing to influence others with his Greed even without a means to go to the surface, it made him question like what things can I get away with now? Who here is to tell me no?? And because of that, he became completely unhinged and chaotic and why he was causing a mess for the other Sins and their rings. It’s why Lucifer had to take him aside and put that “collar” on him because that was the only way to keep him contained without just outright getting rid of him.

That of course lead to him not trusting any of the others besides Ozzie. Granted he’s still somewhat close to Lucifer, but Ozzie and him were really close even prior to falling. It’s why he’ll always seek him out first and why he trusts him with anything almost. It also explains how he began to go about teaching himself how to do things like engineering, performing, hacking and stuff like that because he didn’t want any of the others to make fun of him or he flat out just didn’t trust them. He’s become very paranoid about letting anyone know anything about him and why he feels a compelling need to be on “top” (dominating so to speak). So… yeah. He’s still curious of course but it’s changed. It’s changed a lot than how he use to be. Being innocently curious about the world down below to now just needing to know, it becoming a necessity because he can’t trust anyone again.

It’s funny that Mammon rarely gives nicknames but when he does, they have to do with money or treasure. My precious gem, my sparkling diamond, my treasure, my cash cow…

Find it a little funny yet sad that both Charity and Mammon are a little stifled with their emotions. Charity in the sense that he forces himself to smile and be happy even when deep down he may not feel as such. Hell it’s even a force of habit sometimes that’ll he bear a grin even when he starts to cry. Which he’s more subjective to doing than compared to Mammon but it’s rare to see him crying as well mostly because he’ll try to hide it. Mammon barely cries or dares to show any softness because he deems it as weakness and not to mention, such feelings make him physically sick to the point if he shows too much of it, he’ll throw up this black tar-like substance. They mask their feelings but like for different reasons if that makes sense. Charity does it because it’s his obligation to care for others versus himself and Mammon does it because it’s weakness in his eyes and a way for someone to control/manipulate you.

Since I’m in the middle of coloring an image of Mammon, I was kinda wanting to explain something–

MAMMON’S TAIL. 

For the most part he hides it away with magic but every now and then he’ll have it out if he’s around others he trusts/feels comfortable with. The tips at the end of his tail glow and will occasionally pulse depending on his mood. It’s roughly suppose to look like a centipede’s tail known as a Telson, which makes sense since his second full demon form roughly looks like a centipede. Getting smacked with this does not tickle. He’ll use it when he’s fighting someone as well.

You know... That would be a bad ass of a ability actually. I always lowkey thought of Mammon harvesting souls in the money he has/made since they're called souls so I always imagined that Sinners that died and didn't go into purgatory to be punished would just be turned into money or in Lucifer's case, his ducks. The idea of Mammon transforming souls into gems sounds hella enticing. The higher the souls the more SOULS it has in it, which makes sense that Mammon who is the 100 is probably the most.

The difference between Mammon and Charity at least when it comes to hair length is that Mammon only keeps his to about shoulder length whereas Charity had his to the point it touched the floor. He kept it mostly in a braid though so it wouldn't get in the way when he's fighting, etc. How both manage to hide that much hair under their hats is a mystery.

I had a random thought last night and it makes sense that Mammon would be some sort of a mental calculator. A mental calculator or human calculator is basically a person with a prodigious ability in some area of mental calculation such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, or dividing large numbers. He's able to essentially do all these without a calculator or even writing it down.

I was kind of reading this last night and yeah it pretty much sums why I think GREED is the most dangerous sin out of the others. Mammon always wants things he needs them and even when he gets them, it's still never enough for him. He wants more and more and he'll do whatever it takes to get said thing even if means hurting others. Being Charity he was so used to giving constantly as that was Charity means and entails so when he started to give into his sin he was overcome with this unsatiable hunger for everything and anything. Regardless of how many things he has or gets, it'll never be enough for him which might explain why he's so hostile and grumpy half of the time. I don't know. It's just an interesting concept to explore with him and probably why I enjoy writing him the most out of the others.

You know.. the general vibe I always went for my Mammon isn't really leaning on the greedy business man type though there's some elements to that to him, but I mostly went for a rockstar that gets corrupted by fame and money as some do and get excessively greedy. They start buying expensive things, give in to addictions (like sex, money, drugs, alcohol) to the point they're no longer the rock star that they set out to be, caring only about themselves and making the next big hit. That was the case with Mammon prior to having his collar put on him so he doesn't really do drugs and such as much as before but he does drink and of course cares a lot about his money and material things, how to make the next big score with whatever genius gimmick he can think of. A lot of people always assume big company owners can be greedy which yeah, they can but greed can stem in just about anyone and that includes musicians and so much more. Combine elements of these and you got my Mammon.
