Literally what I’ve been discussing with my mom. Like imagine if they were holding back Glenn while Rick chose not to kill Negan?? But I don’t know if Rick would save Negan cuz Maggie was pregnant back then, ik he did it for Carl but c’mon bro had done so much shit. If the roles were reversed I think Negan would be long gone. I wonder how Hershel would have turned out too, if he would act different or have a different name? My guess woudl that Glenn would stay with the group and not leave with Hershel like Maggie did.

Glenn refused to forgive Merle for traumatizing Maggie. If the roles in S07 were reversed and Maggie was killed, Glenn would never forgive Negan. He would be out for blood.
