yess! And I completely agree there's such a shortage for homesick fics especially oak fics lol

When kenny was kidnapped and oak was abandoned by his 'friends/teamates?' And he comforts you even though he's kinda being held prisoner by you guys (It's been a while since I read the webtoon so it might not be completely accurate for the setting-)

Hes tied to the bed still after Rayne questioned him and you where told to watch him as they went to get food/supplies

You where sitting in a chair quietly thinking about what could've happened to kenny

"The hells wrong with you over there"

"Excuse me?"

"Your actin weird"

You glare at him slightly

"How the hell would you know if im acting weird?"

"Idk your face is showing lot of expressionz over there from where I can see"

You scoff looking away from him, though he wasn't necessarily wrong, all of your thoughts about kenny where getting you a little worked up and slightly upset and you might not be the best a hiding it

"........do you......wanna talk about it..?

You look at him shocked the guy who deliberately tryed to kill you guys wanted to hear what was bothering you? Where you hearing wrong?

"What..?"

".......I said....do you wanna..talk about it..?"

Ok he really did at this point you didn't know what to think, was thus a trick? What's his plan? Is he going to use this against you? ......was he actually concerned...?

"I can tell somthin's bothering you.."

Honestly he didn't even know why he was asking you anything in the first place or why he even *cared* and yet here he was asking you if you wanted to talk about your thoughts

"It's just........kenny...the guy you kidnapped he's my closest friend and I just......I don't wanna lose him.."

You spit out after a few moments tears brimming your eyes slightly

"..........your friend......I'm not sure if he's gonna be ok but.....I can tell you he's alive"

You look at him with hint of hope

"He's alive?!"

"Im pretty sure at least"

You look away thinking your still very worried but there's a small light of hope now as you tear up slightly

"........i-i'd like pat your back or...something if I wasn't tied up..."

He said with surprising worry I guess as he looks at you

And you thought maybe this guy wasn't so bad after all maybe he can change
