My thoughts and why I don't like the hunger games. But will probably love Lucy Gray x Snow:

Give me love stories, my romances. I rather read about toxic lovers, tragic lovers, impossible, unrealistic, fluffy, fantasy, smutty, true love, happy endings, tragic endings, doomed by the narrative, gothic romance. I rather read all this than a hunger games book. Another story about how fucked up and like the book the real world is. That makes fun of you for wanting lovers and romance in a fucked up world. I already know how fucked up the real world is. I read romance as a fuck you and a rebellion to the world. So don't make fun of me for looking for ships, and writing my happy endings, and turning monsters into beings you can love. For loving the monsters. Because if a monster can love you in return, nothing in this world can really scare you anymore can it?
