What is murderbot and why should I read/watch/experience it

Serious answer: it's a scifi series by Martha Wells that follows a bot/human construct (think part human part robot) whose stories play with genre, morality lessons, and the concept of identity. There are five novellas and one novel, with more planned for the future.

Fun answer: murder machine gains free will and uses it to develop anxiety and watch soap operas. Highly relatable. 11/10
