i'm curious how many people also don't experience cramps as their main symptom, because back pain is the worst for me by far it's usually how i can tell my period is coming up too

i can never tell if it's symptoms of my period or if it's just my disorders as i have POTS as well as (mild) scoliosis and bipolar II so i have three of these options on the regular menstruation
