i do still think kallian is presumed dead for a while .. like ritual or otherwise the archdemon literally EXPLODING when it dies
and the taint and whatnot..
probably took a physical toll on her
i imagine she's tended to but unconscious and taint magic is something regular mages just can't fix
and y'know... people remember garahel .. they remember historical precedent says the hero ultimately dies in the end
so she's given the last rites before she ultimately sits up . confused
