much taller than it is wide. primarily teal and red. top down: lyrics "and the war came with a curse and a caterwaul" atop sickly green and teal clouds. lyrics "and the war came with all the poise of a cannonball" next to a diving krill (from sky cotl) in stark black and red. wasteland elder and several spirits are throwing spears at it in vain as it plummets towards them. lyrics "and they're picking out our eyes by coal and candlelight" next to two krill with their noses buried in the glowing eyes of a person, light dripping and flowing upwards from the sockets. their hair splays red across the bottom of the piece. lyrics "when the war came, the war came hard" atop spiny, blue-glowing darkness plants.

I don’t think I ever posted this somehow?? But it’s from a few months ago. The song is “When the War Came” by the Decemberists.
