I'm not an astrologer or anything, but I've come to the conclusion that Jungwon is 1000% a Sagittarius rising. I thought for the longest time that he was a Gemini rising because of how talkative he is. But his energy is so fiery and i just couldn't figure out why. He only has one fire in his chart, his Aries venus. Jungwon is very energetic and he's ALWAYS smiling and laughing, and loves making jokes and being the center of attention. He can be sassy and blunt too lol. That for sure gives SAG. That's my guess as to what his rising is 😆
