Hugging animals.

Inside jokes within small groups or entire fandoms e.g little weather weather or wet hades

Looking at art that somehow reaches through time and space; the artist speaks to you directly.

Thinking about history and how we've built ourselves.

Remembering and honouring the past.

Dancing towards the future because I promise you will be okay.

Holding on to someone's hand.

Looking in the mirror and seeing how beautiful you are.

Being reminded how amazing you are when you forget.

The knowledge that a bad day will end.

Remembering that you've got through bad days before, and you will get through this one.
