omg haha can you do one where you’re waking up next to mingyu and seeing just how cute he is in the morning :((( you know he’ll just be snoring happily and curled up like a little puppy and you just melt inside MORNING MINGYU NEEDS MORE LOVE

you woke up calmly, your eyelids slowly opening and presenting the whiteness of your ceiling to you. your room was cold, though the space next to you was warm. mingyu was normally out of bed before you were even close to waking up, so you rarely got to see him still amidst a deep sleep.

you rolled over on your side to face him, your heart immediately warming up the rest of your body in ways a measly blanket couldn’t. you felt your features soften when you saw him. his hair was sticking up in every direction, his lips slightly parted as he breathed lightly, and there was even a bit of drool falling from his mouth onto your pillow. 

you smiled at his messy state, loving how pure he looked. you were hungry, to the point that you could hear your stomach growling, but you couldn’t bring yourself to leave his side. 

as if he, too, had heard your stomach growling, mingyu woke up suddenly, the opening of his eyes followed by a low groan. you watched as he stretched, his perfectly toned arms reaching up over his head as his toes came to a perfect point.

“good morning.” you said blissfully, reminded of how lucky you were every time you looked at him. he let out a sigh when he finished stretching, glancing over at you after he plopped back down on the bed.

“hi.” mingyu said groggily, his gaze hazy. your cheeks warmed as you looked into his eyes. no matter how many times he looked at you, you never got used to how it made you feel. 

“sleep okay?” you asked sweetly, scooting closer to him and taking his hand in yours, playing with his fingers gently. he let out a breathy laugh at your action, swiftly taking your hand so he was holding it. 

“yeah, you?” 

“eh, could’ve been better... someone was snoring a little loud.” you teased, and mingyu’s eyes were suddenly wide open. his jaw dropped in surprise, a small smile tugging at his lips.

“well you don’t have to sleep with to me, you know.”

“i know...” you sighed, “but you’re so cute.” you shrugged, and soon, a smirk was taking over mingyu’s features. he let go of your hand and was wrapping his arm around your back, pulling you close and nuzzling his face into your neck. you laughed as he blew hot air onto the skin, a loud farting noise filling the room. “stop!” you laughed as you hit his shoulder, and a few seconds later he pulled away, a content smile on his face.

“you’re cute too.” mingyu said, pulling you so you were laying on top of him. “i like your laugh.”

“really?” you inquired. “i like your face.” you booped his nose and he chuckled.

“i like yours too.” he said sweetly, one of his hands moving to rest on the small of your back, the other finding a place on the middle of your butt. “stay in bed with me?” 

“always.” you smiled down at him, placing a kiss on his lips, before the two of you wasted away the day together amidst your perfectly white sheets.
