All three. sometimes the pronouns for third person even vary- some of my internal voices misgender me? in several ways? sometimes it feels like something else is speaking and they talk out loud with my actual voice- that thing uses second person i talk to myself aloud in first person usually though as s kid i exclusively used third person internally but now it varies widely now the internal dialogue usually goes as a never ending argument between my internal voices lol i have a hard time visualization myself or my body in my head so first person is prolly the least common perspective.
