☆ IZUKU MIDORIYA was the shining star in the dark abyss that was your life. Despite the struggles of being in a place not made for you he was always kind.
☆ You were ecstatic when he came to your home in the middle of the night to tell you he'd made it into UA. You were a little confused as to how he got a quirk in the first place, but his smile washed away any concern you had.
☆ You were proud of him, it wasn't like you could ever get in there right? He seemed to think otherwise but you were a realist. His quirk was much more capable for battle than yours.
☆ You hogged the TV for the entire day when the sports festival rolled around, watching patiently for him to come onto the screen. He didn't win, but you were so proud of him anyway.
"Since when could you do all that stuff?! That was incredible!"

☆ As the months went by you watched as he blossomed into a powerful hero, all while you wasting away in high school. He hadn't called you in a while...
☆ The constant villain attacks were causing you to grow worried. Was he okay? You didn't have any way to make sure. He aired out all of your texts.
☆ You saw him at a mall at point. He looked so happy. But before you could approach him he was whisked away by a bunch of other people. UA students, all more powerful and special than you'd ever be.
☆ You moved on of course, getting through school the best you could, all the while you thought about what could have been. Was it selfish to wish he never got powers, so he could've stayed here with you.
☆ You decided to swallow your insecurities and visit him directly. So at the very least you could salvage what little relationship you had. His mother opened the door, but he wasn't there.
☆ He had been moved to UA, destroyed any chance of you to becoming close again. Any chance of you finally telling him how you felt.
☆ If only you had known how much he wanted you to go to UA with him.
