i haven't had the time or energy to finish working on anything as of late but i do have a work in progress OC sheet for a one-shot comic i hope to make within the next few years :) don't remember what the nudity policy is on here so it is the censored version.

the project is currently unnamed but i am hoping to finalize the name within the next few months, assuming i begin working on it at a constant enough rate, lol.
well i think the project i posted about last night will begin to kick up again soon because i may or may not have just thought of how i want to end it

anyways new challenge for me to draw my ocs wearing my clothes :)) this is elijah (and cece, his service/guide dog)
the point of this exercise is to both work with making my characters more consistent, but to also improve my sketching skills and anatomy ✌️
i've done two more since elijah (violet - middle and ada/edith - right). i used a ref for vi's, but ada and edith I went for no refs...apart from the outfits, ofc.

wake up babe, new oc post just dropped. this particularly surrounds an idea that has been buzzing in my head for months. it's loosely based on how i want ari to first appear in the narrative as discovered by chris. at this point in the early story, ari is supposed to essentially be a feral animal, and i wanted to try and portray the image of catching an animal in the woods with your flashlight on.
will probably end up talking about this and them more later on, but for now :3

need to figure out how i'm going to format character sheets
umm but a little clarification: this is Kit from one of my story wips about a group of friends learning to grow and cope with individual traumas/issues in their lives. i plan to give each of the three main characters their own arcs, with each representing a specific part of life (past, present, future).
i don't plan on working on this project yet, however i still want to make and keep updated character sheets to both allow for original character engagement and for personal reference.
(also i was going to wait until i finished all three sheets, but i'm stumped/experiencing a chronic pain flair up so!)
finally going to start talking about my (very early in development) comic project! i’ve talked about it a little bit in some previous posts, but this is the official title announcement :)
maceration follows chris (pictured) as he returns home for the first time in two years. feeling distant from his previous life and anxious about himself after beginning his gender transition, he begins to find a purpose in being around the strange human-like creature that inhabits an abandoned house at the edge of his home town.
this is primarily a queer horror story, and due to the nature of its content i plan on hosting it on its own site in the future. however, because of maceration being so early in development, i don’t have any information on when this will happen. the current goal is to finish the character work, writing, and other world-building elements sometime in early 2025 to begin it. however, this time frame is extremely flexible.
i’ll be posting more about this in the coming weeks, trying to catch some of y’all up with what is going on behind the scenes and introducing characters. i am very excited to actually be talking about this in depth now for you guys and i hope you all will keep up with this as it develops <3 thank you

once again maceration posting, but focusing more on the symbolic lore side of things. particularly, this surrounds chris' view of ari and how he idolizes him to a bizarre point that he further dehumanizes him. he is a doll with softer features at a glance, but more gnarled and uncanny with more than one look.
