This makes me want to talk about another reason i love Jigokuraku.

Everyone on that island has a personal reason to live, but none as protrayed as more noble or better just cause their reason is "better" than the others. Gabimaru isn't just protrayed as better just because he has a wife at home and Yuzuriha isn't protrayed as selfish just because she doesn't wanna die young, because almost every reason to live no matter how "flimsy" or "irrational" or "selfish" is valid.

Sometimes those reasons change, maybe because of the people we meet or what we experience but it doesn't mean your previous reason wasn't good enough. You're just a different person with different thoughts and that's okay.
