So the new strong melatonin prescription i have being given has already stopped working on me after just two days... Looks like my quest to get a socially acceptable sleep schedule is still ongoing.

Anyone esle just puts on some video game music and dances for almost the entire night because you've reached the socially unacceptable level of being a nightowl and therefore cant sleep at night-

(context: the meds arent working, im using this to cope till i manage to find something that actually helps)
