“I really think I should just go home,” Link complained as the line inched forward by half a step. He was a nervous wreck and he couldn’t get his hands to stop shaking.

“No,” Emily said, point blank. “This will be fun, trust me.” she squeezed his arm tight as she tried to keep warm in the cool October air.

Link groaned, shoving his hands deep into his pockets to try and stop fidgeting. A haunted house wasn’t exactly his idea of fun. But, he had spent the better half of two weeks with his nose stuck in a book cramming for midterms. Emily insisted a night out would be good for him.
