Y/N was sniffling gently, tears rolling down her face. She had just finished watching Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker for the third time, and she still couldn’t believe they killed off Ben. 

“Darling?” Tom asked, rushing into the room.

“Why?” Y/N sulked, dramatically spreading her limbs on the bed.

Tom chuckled, noticing the end credits of Star Wars rolling on the screen of her laptop, “Did you watch The Rise Of Skywalker again?”

“Yeah! How could they do something so evil? He was a good man! He saved Rey from death. Death!” She cried.

Tom snuggled into bed beside her, holding her in his arms. Her whining was muffled by his chest, and she began to calm down. 

“He’s just a character, love,” Tom whispered into Y/N’s hair.

“Ben is not just a character! He’s a man of good. His whole life was filled of pain and betrayal until he met Rey. Rey had turned him back and they killed him!” She kept complaining.

“I know, I’ve been in that position before, but-” Tom was cut off by another outburst.

“His last line was ‘ow!’” She shouted into his chest.

Chuckling once again, Tom continued to stroke her hair, cuddling her to sleep.
