i finished this entire series in a day, and i was working for 8 hrs on top of that. this series is so good, it had everything in it and for me the drabble Grief is the perfect way to end it. i mean, yeah its a sad ending but its the natural way of life. highly recommended!!!

Hoseok was slumped on the couch, lips turned down in a sad pout while his eyes looked a little watery. He was hugging your Pikachu pillow tightly to his chest, chin resting on the soft fluff as he stared solemnly at your coffee table.
Sitting down next to him slowly, you bring your legs up and wrap your arms around them tightly while your toes wiggle their way under his thigh. He feels warm and solid, and you take comfort in that even though he looks like he’s in the middle of an intense brooding session.
And that’s because he is.
“Didn’t go well huh?” You ask quietly, resting your own chin on the tops of your knees as you watch him carefully. He doesn’t respond for a moment before his shoulders shrug lifelessly, eyelids fluttering shut before he lets out a deep and sorrowful sigh.
“Sometimes I think that I could literally be stood there with a giant neon sign saying ‘I love you!’ and she wouldn’t even notice. I don’t know how many times I can ask someone out or tell them that I love them before they get the message,” He pauses, running a finger along his lips before his brows turn in and his beautiful face scowls in annoyance. “I wish I didn’t have to keep getting rejected like this. You know what sucks? Getting rejected. You know what sucks even more? Getting rejected when they don’t even realise they’re rejecting you.”
You don’t say anything for a few minutes, just letting Hoseok stew in his emotions for a little longer before you sigh and reach out to the table. Grabbing the Avengers mug you’d bought for him a few months ago when he’d oohed over it in the store, you handed it to him and watched as he finally relented on the pillow and took the cup of peppermint tea.

What a beautiful Journey Flower has been. 40 chapters of pure perfection. You have made me laugh, cry and have every emotion in between. Addressing a hard and complicated subject as mental health and anxiety with such care and love. I absolutely adore this Hobi and will miss his gentle nature.

; A/N: So…this is it 😢 Flower is officially over! I started writing this on November 15th, 2019. Almost a year later, here we are with 40 chapters, 3 drabbles and 180k of words. Can you believe I actually finished it? I hope you’ve all enjoyed reading it and the journey of the MC finding herself and falling in love with Hoseok. It’s been so fun to write and it’s sad to let it go. If you’ve enjoyed reading this, please let me know with a comment or an ask! I’ve loved reading how much you’ve all felt seen or embraced by the MC with her struggles and I’d love to hear your thoughts on not only this chapter but the whole fic! Feedback is what keeps authors going and I came very close to leaving writing once Flower was finished but I’m still going to carry on. I’m not sure if this chapter is good or not, but I hope you enjoy it anyway and think it a fitting end to the story!
