He is THE Munkustrap in my eyes. No questions asked. No statement needed :3

2. Nicolas Hagelin

(I went on a scavenger hunt tryna find a good photo of this man omfg)

I’m the tiniest bit biased cuz I saw him live twice but whateves. I really like his voice, it’s so soft. Also his arm warmers make him look like a bear to me.

3. Ivan Ozhogin

Listening to him sing “Old Deuteronomy” changed me as a person. I will never be the same. (In a good way tho.) Also peak costume design his makeup is awesome.

4. Bryan Batt

I’m being 100% biased here the only reason I like him is because he’s also from Louisiana.

5. Steve Barton

Again PEAK character design omfg I love Vienna Munkustrap. Even though I barely understand German I love listening to him sing.

6. Paul Hadobas

Zurich Munkustrap. He’s so goddamn sassy omg. (I mean, so is every Munkustrap but he’s just a whole different level.) Also listening to him sing “Old Deuteronomy” was a treat. Especially since it was a different version of a song.

7. Jack Rebaldi

Multilingual king I wanna be just like him. Also I like when he sticks his tongue out, idk I think it’s hilarious.

Yet another Munkustrap with the most beautiful voice I have ever heard in my goddamn life omg what are they feeding y’all?????

A fun fact but later performances of the original London production had spoken dialogue between the songs. It's the only production I know of that does this, and it's kind of funny that seemingly every other production of Cats made Ever didn't bother borrowing this element for themselves.
