お弁当作りからすっかり遠ざかっている今日この頃。探し物をしていたら、購入したにも関わらず未使用の曲げわっぱがひょっこり出てきた。フリーとなった今、お昼を挟むスケジュールは組んでいないので、昼食はほぼ毎日自宅。そんな訳で出番がなくて奥深くに仕舞ったままだった。有ることさえ忘れていた。

お弁当はいいよなあと思う。彩り考えながら食材選ぶのは結構楽しいし、好きなものばっかり詰めちゃうから残すこともない。“好き”に偏って栄養面はどうかと思うけれど。それはそれでいい。

Salmon Bento and Kani Rolls

I've been thinking of Japanese food, specifically teriyaki and sushi rolls. I just can't get the savory sweetness of the teriyaki out of my mind. So to satisfy my cravings, I placed an order for delivery. I have to say, my palate is more than delighted.
