At this point I had earnestly started to try to better contrast the backgrounds from the characters. It'll get better, but still working at it.

A cloak was loaned to save me from drawing the wizard's messed up face, I mean, to comfort a traumatized wizard.
I think Joam is (understandably) scared of bird wizard. If you're interested, you can revisit that chapter. (oof but the art is much rougher back then (if you can believe it))
Got to reconcile these two, if only temporarily.

The real strange perspective is to convey a sense of surreal terror and probably not because I was too lazy to do it properly, probably.
