That's so fucking true, they were friends, like come on ! Maybe I watched too much anime where the power of friendship could make anything happen unrealistically but Cate ! Those are your friends, and you didn't even leave them a chance to convince you that what you were doing was wrong. It's not about protecting them anymore, it's about getting revenge on everybody you think harmed when truly you're siding with the ones who really harmed you !
