Sometimes when Roman is feeling really vindictive, he'll make his victim look like either his mother or father depending on their gender. He may no longer own Janus Cosmetics but Roman is still very good at applying make up and transforming another person's appearance.

I was speaking to Holly just now and this thought... yeah
It's absolutely a thing Roman would do
Not very often but sometimes when he really needs to make somebody hurt he'll do this
Roman will forever lament he was unable to torture his parents the way he can torture people now
So making some poor fucker look like either his mother or father? He's going to put them through the wringer
